After two years, the Kamaladi Ganesh Temple grounds are decorated for Ganesh Chaturdashi (the second day of Teej), amidst the COVID pandemic

In cooperation with the Kamaladi Ganesh Jatra Parba Sahayog Samiti, the precincts of the Kamaladi Ganesh Temple are being decked in preparation for puja on Ganesh Chaturdasi, the day after Teej. The Maha Puja is held in the temple on Ganesh Chaturdasi, the day following Teej. Three Brahmins take part in the celebration during the Maha Puja while adhering to 11 different rituals.

For many years, Kamaladi Ganesh Jatra Parba Sahayog Samiti has been committed to managing, maintaining, and cleaning the Kamaladi temple's premises.

Dwarika Maharjan, President of the Kamaladi Ganesh Jatra Parba Sahyog Samiti, says, "Devotees offer various sweets during the puja that weigh up to 28 kg, and these sweets are subsequently distributed among the devotees and Brahmins as the Prasad." The Ganesh Chaturthi Aarti, which will be performed at 5:00 PM, allows you to experience both culture and religion.

Maharjan also noted that Kamaladi Mandir additionally hosts Samaya Puja on Indra Jatra.
