A 57-year-old COVID-19 patient returned home on Monday after complete health recovery. With this, 93-bed quarantines and seven-bed isolation centres in the district have now turned empty.

Temporary quarantines and isolation centres in Manang District have now turned empty. These centres remained empty after the one infected with COVID-19 returned home after complete health recovery. A 57-year-old infected man got discharged from the hospital on Monday.

According to district health office chief Badri Acharya, the man returned home after 11 days' stay in hospital. He tested negative for COVID-19 in the test carried out through PCR method and was sent home,

Acharya added. A total of 30 people were tested employing the PCR method and 29 were tested negative for COVID-19 while one tested positive so far in the district. Though there were 93-bed quarantines and seven-bed isolation centres in the district, all are empty these days.
