Kathmandu, April 17, 2025 – On April 16, 2025, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu welcomed guests to an exclusive Wine Dinner event in partnership with Italy’s esteemed Biscardo Wine. This refined evening catered to wine lovers and culinary aficionados, celebrating the art of fine dining and winemaking.
Held at the sophisticated Rox Restaurant, the event featured a meticulously curated five-course menu curated by the hotel’s Executive Chef, thoughtfully paired with a selection of Biscardo’s finest wines. Each dish was expertly paired with select Biscardo wines, chosen to highlight and enhance the unique flavors of the cuisine, offering guests an immersive experience in Italian wine culture.
