Beyond hotel operations, he has successfully managed VIP and hospitality services for major international events, such as the Indian Super League (ISL), BCCI International Cricket Matches, Indian Ocean Naval Symposium, World Customs Organization Meet, G20, W20, and multiple international medical conferences. His dedication to responsible tourism is evident through his involvement with Experience Nila, a sustainability initiative by Hyatt Hotels focused on community-driven tourism.

His greatest support system is his family, including his wife, Soumya Menon, an LLM postgraduate in Maritime Law, and their children, Eashwar Nair and Moksha Nair.
