Mayor of Madhyapurthimi Municipality Madan Sundar Shrestha said that preserving cultural heritages should be the prime objective in the municipality and locals should equally take part in the same. 

He argued to preserve the image of national luminary Shankhadhar Shakhwa. 

Speaking in the 13th annual general assembly of Shankhadhar Shakhwa today, Mayor Shrestha shared that they were constructing Shankhadhar Shakhwa Park and Museum. 

He also shared that the Municipality was supporting Korea Friendly Hospital to manage effective treatment for COVID-19 patients in the hospital.
