Accommodation booking portals open for the FIFA World Cup

Qatar has finally announced the official accommodation booking site for the FIFA 2022 World Cup, which will include an extensive range of options at a variety of price points.

The accommodation booking website for FIFA World Cup fanatics has officially been opened by Qatar. Tickets are not available on a first come first served basis on the website, and all ticket holders are encouraged to apply for accommodation through the Qatar Accommodation Agency. 

This interface will be the main booking platform for all fans and offers an extensive variety of accommodation options- all available at a range of different price points. Although ticket holders have the liberty to book their accommodation options from different agencies and websites, the QAA portal is highly recommended due to the multitude of options available. 

Additionally all attendees must obtain a Hayya Card to be verified on the Fan ID system. This card will contain all the information regarding the individual’s match tickets, accommodation details and their COVID-19 status. This card also provides free access to public transportation on match days via the Hayya app.
