Soaltee Westend Premier formally opens its doors

Becoming Nepal’s first eco-friendly hotel outside Kathmandu

Soaltee Sibkrim Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd, a joint venture company of Soaltee Hospitality Limited established Soaltee Westend Premier in Nepalgunj. Soft operations had been underway since December 2017 and has now formally opened its doors to guests.

Nepal's first eco-friendly hotel, certified by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certificate by U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is also the first five-star hotel in Nepalgunj and the first with a LEED certification in Nepal. The hotel incorporates all designs, equipment, installations and processes followed to give an environment friendly service.

Soaltee Westend Premier sets a benchmark with extra measures taken in protection, temperature adjustment, and elevators with regen-innovation. The hotel manages its electricity, temperature, water and wastes responsibly. Furnished with infrastructure that is luxurious and eco-friendly, cutting carbon footprint seems to be their objective along with unmatched services.

Prime Minister Khadga Prasad Oli inaugurated the Soaltee Westend Premier Hotel on April 16. Chief Minister of Province 5, Shankar Pokharel and Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Barsaman Pun, were also in presence for the inauguration ceremony.
