Foreign languages are being taught in order to serve tourists better keeping in mind the traffic VNY 2020 will garner

Keeping in mind the tourism campaign of Nepal, Visit Nepal Year 2020, police personnel deployed at Tribhuvan International Airport are now being trained in Chinese and  French languages. This is in accordance with the goal of VNY 2020. Apart from the police personnel on duty at the TIA, training was also given to the central police special task force, traffic police and tourist police members. According to the TIA security office, the personnel had earlier been trained in English Language and etiquette but due to the tourist traffic the year 2020 expects, officials are now being trained in French and Chinese too. This is done to help address any concerns the tourists might be facing at the only International airport of Nepal. Sandip Rai,  Chief of the office, senior superintendent of police said such training would help provide impeccable service to the tourists and also serve the vision and mission of Nepal police.
