Thai Airways will be serving Classic French Menus by Michelin Star Chef on Five European Routes from July to August 2019

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) in cooperation with Lebua Hotels and Resorts launched Chef Endorsement Menu prepared by Michelin Star Chef from Chef’s Table restaurant at Lebua Hotels and Resorts. The classic French menu will be served to Royal First Class passengers on Bangkok-London route and Royal Silk Class passengers on flights from Bangkok to London, Frankfurt, Munich, Paris and Zurich from July to August 2019. 

Sudhiratr Siriplanond, THAI’s Acting Vice President, In-flight Services Department said, “The Chef Endorsement Menu project was launched through cooperation between THAI and Lebua Hotels and Resorts with the well- known 3-Michelin-Star Chef Vincent Thierry creating a classic French menu with authentic French flavours to serve on board THAI flights. His cooking short definition is 'Classic French Cuisine with Simplicity and Unpretentiousness'." A few of the delicacies on the special menu carefully prepared by the Chef are Lobster Tiramisu Marinated, Mascarpone Seared Duck Breast, Caviar Scallop and Lobster, Green Jelly, Potato Gnocchi and Beetroot Puree, Chicken Roll Stuff Prawn, Mushroom and Fennel Chicken, Prawn Sauce, Seared Tiger Prawn, Fennel Puree, et cetera.
