Tourism Australia, with the new tourism campaign has concurrently launched a ad campaign ahead of the reopening in order to hook travelers to the Australia as a tourist destination as international travel is starting to recover.
The ad campaign by Tourism Australia, named a ‘Don’t Go Small, Go Australia’ is a 40 million AUD ad campaign being rolled for key tourist markets such as Germany, France, Italy, the USA and the UK. The campaign will run across TV, print media, digital and social media specially targeted in key markets and will feature Australia's most iconic destinations and experiences.
This ad campaign is the first step that Tourism Australia has taken in ramping its international efforts since the reopening announced. And with the Australian government signing a MoU for promoting and co-operating in tourism, both the government and the companies are prepping for the tourism and travel sector’s recovery in the upcoming months.
