The Right Honorable Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli, accompanied by Madam Radhika Shakya and a distinguished delegation of senior government officials, returned to Nepal today, December 5, 2024, following an official state visit to Beijing, the capital of the People's Republic of China. The delegation traveled aboard Himalaya Airlines’ Airbus 319, registration 9N-AJK, showcasing the airline's commitment to national service.
The Prime Minister led a Ministerial Delegation that included the Honorable Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Arzu Rana Deuba, Chief Advisor Mr. Bishnu Prasad Rimal, Economic and Development Advisor Dr. Yuba Raj Khatiwada, Members of Parliament, Chief Secretary Mr. Ek Narayan Aryal, and other senior officials, alongside representatives from Nepal's business and industry sectors.

The aircraft departed Beijing Capital International Airport at 11:04 hours (China Local Time) and landed smoothly at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), Kathmandu, at 14:48 hours (Nepal Standard Time). President of Himalaya Airlines, Mr. Zhou Enyong, extended a warm welcome to the Prime Minister and his delegation aboard the flight, while Vice President of Administration, Mr. Vijay Shrestha, officially received them upon arrival at TIA.
This high-profile flight underscores Himalaya Airlines’ capability to support critical state missions, reinforcing its role as a reliable partner for the nation.
