The government’s Policy and Programme for the fiscal year 2020/21 will be presented at the federal parliament on Friday.
According to assistant spokesperson at the federal parliament, Dashrath Dhamala, President Bidya Devi Bhandari will present the policy and programme of the government for the coming fiscal year at the joint meeting of Upper House and House of Representatives at 4 pm on Friday.
The policy and programme are expected to address the latest effect caused by COVID-19 outbreak in the socio-economic sector among others. It will further include employment generation, an increment of productivity among other burning issues.
Similarly, Minister for Finance Dr Yubraj Khatiwada will present the budget estimates for the new Fiscal Year on May 28.
