PATA Nepal Chapter to Host "Crisis to Recovery" Workshop on Rebuilding Nepal's Tourism Corridor

PATA Nepal Chapter, with PATA Foundation and e-Tourism Frontiers, hosts "Crisis to Recovery" a workshop on rebuilding Nepal's tourism corridor, led by Sarah Mathews, on 21 Sept 2026 at Hotel Yak & Yeti, Kathmandu.

Kathmandu As Nepal's tourism sector works to recover from the recent floods, the PATA Nepal Chapter in collaboration with the PATA Foundation and e-Tourism Frontiers will host a special workshop titled "Crisis to Recovery: Communication, Coordination and Rebuilding Nepal's Tourism Corridor."

The event will take place on Monday, 21 September 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at Hotel Yak & Yeti, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu.

Led by an International Tourism Recovery Expert

The workshop will be led by Sarah Mathews, CEO of e-Tourism Frontiers, Trustee of the PATA Foundation, and Former Chairperson of PATA. A respected international leader in tourism development, Mathews has supported Nepal through multiple crises and played a key role in getting recent travel warnings lifted on major OTA platforms. She now brings that experience to Kathmandu to help chart the country's road from crisis to recovery.
