The highly anticipated event, Hi AiM 2024, centered around the theme of 'Hospitality and Its Social Responsibility,' concluded on a triumphant note on February 1st and 2nd at the luxurious Aloft Kathmandu Thamel.
Distinguished guests, including hotel owners, developers, architects, interior designers, and esteemed representatives of hotel brands, actively participated in various presentations and panel discussions throughout the first day of the conference. The event was inaugurated by the esteemed Venerable Matthieu Ricard, a French neurophysicist turned Buddhist monk currently residing in Kathmandu as part of the Schenshen Monastery. Revered as the 'Happiest Man on Earth,' his presence added a unique and inspiring touch to the occasion.
The overarching theme of the conference was 'GLOCAL,' emphasizing the importance of utilizing local talent and materials to fulfill social responsibilities towards the planet. Noteworthy, 250 delegates, comprising key decision-makers and industry leaders, attended the two-day event.

Under the expert guidance of Mr. Romesh Koul, founder of Naaz Hotel Consultants Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Anil Sharma, renowned architect and founder of A Sharma Associates, the event saw remarkable success.
Distinguished figures from the hospitality industry graced the occasion, including Mr. Rajeev Menon (President, Asia Pacific at Marriott International), Mr. K. B. Kachru (Chairman Emeritus & Principal Advisor of Radisson Hotel Group), Mr. Rajeev Kaul (Advisor at the Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts), Mr. Ajay Bakaya (Chairman and Managing Director of Sarovar Hotels and Resorts), Mr. Cyrus Madan (Senior Vice President Business Development at Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts), Mr. Suresh Kumar (Hospitality Mentor, Director & Board Member at KUE Management Services), Mr. Rakesh Mathur, and Mr. Pushpendra Bansal (COO at the Lords Hotel and Resorts).
