Kathmandu, Nepal – 13 July 2026 – As part of its 7th Anniversary celebrations, Aloft by Marriott, Kathmandu, Thamel demonstrated its continued commitment to giving back to the community by carrying out a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative at Om Disabled Child Care Home in Syuchatar, Kathmandu, on 13 July 2026.
Home to 35 children and young adults between the ages of 3 and 16, Om Disabled Child Care Home provides care and support to children with disabilities and those in need of a safe and nurturing environment. As part of the initiative, the hotel donated essential food supplies, hygiene products, and medical care items to help support the daily needs of the residents.

The initiative also saw enthusiastic participation from hotel associates, who contributed generously by donating clothing, groceries, toys, books, and other essential items. Their collective efforts reflected the spirit of compassion, teamwork, and Marriott International's commitment to serving the communities in which it operates.
