The tri-island state of Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique has now repealed COVID-19 restrictions.
Starting April 4th, all travellers, regardless of their vaccination status, will be allowed to enter the islands with any restrictions. Masks will also no longer be mandatory while in the country, and will become an optional choice for all. Moreover, COVID-19 tests are no longer required for external travellers.
The Chief Medical Officer for the Grenadian Ministry of Health, Shawn Charles, mentioned that Grenada is finally at a stage where it can consider the repealment of all COVID-19 restrictions, despite the fact that the pandemic is still not over.
Charles also exclaimed that the islands are delighted to welcome tourists and is ready to ensure seamless opportunities of travel for all!
