A Culinary Celebration of Peruvian Flavors in Kathmandu Marriott Hotel

"Taste of Peru in Kathmandu" brought the vibrant flavors of Peruvian cuisine at the Kathmandu Marriott Hotel, with Pisco cocktails and authentic delicacies by Chef Julio Castillo, followed by a special "Flavors of Peru" menu at Edamame from December 16–18.

H.E. Mr. Javier Paulinich, Ambassador of Peru, and Mr. Sumit Kumar Agarwal, Honorary Consul of Peru, hosted a delightful evening titled "Taste of Peru in Kathmandu" on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at the Bagmati Ballroom, Kathmandu Marriott Hotel. Featuring exquisite Pisco cocktails and authentic Peruvian delicacies curated by renowned Chef Julio Castillo, the event was a resounding success, bringing together distinguished guests to experience the rich culinary heritage of Peru.

Following this success, the Kathmandu Marriott Hotel has also announced "Flavors of Peru" at Edamame, running from December 16 to 18, 2024, from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Guests are invited to indulge in a culinary journey through Peru, savoring a variety of traditional dishes and beverages that celebrate the essence of Peruvian cuisine.
