The Soaltee Kathmandu’s Indian restaurant, Kakori is reopened to quench your craving of Indian taste
With a revived interior and menu, Kakori, an Indian restaurant inside The Soaltee Kathmandu, reopened on October 14 which was closed amid COVID pandemic and can now accommodate more than 80 patrons.
All food connoisseurs can now savour the delectable flavours of Awadhi and North Indian cuisine in either an indoor or outdoor sitting space, contingent on their preferences.
Traditionally, vegetarians have fewer choices for a delightful menu, but Kakori has filled the void with its exquisite selection of savoury foods and options for both vegetarians and meatatarians.
The ambience, décor trinkets and interior converge much like the name ‘Kakori’ that depicts the town in Lucknow, India which is also renowned for mouth-melting Kabab.
The integration of cutlery crafted of brass and copper enhances the rich ethnic aesthetic. The venue is enlivened by the regular live ghazal performance performed by proficient singers and musicians.
Speaking at the press meet on October 13,Soaltee's Executive Chef, Agni Mitra shared, "Kakori is back with fascinating ambience, delectable gastronomy, and exemplary hospitality."
