Tourists come to the Annapurna trail to see the Himalayas, mountain views and customs of Manang people, natural beauty and pass through Thumra from Manang and go to Pokhara. At this time, the fields and grasslands of Manang are green and the sight of flowers and lice in bloom attracts tourists.

Five districts are connected to the Annapurna trail namely Lamjung, Manang, Kaski, Mustang and Myagdi. There is an increase in domestic tourists along with foreign tourists. Domestic tourists especially come back after reaching different places in Manang. Most of the domestic tourists who go there are young people.
According to Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) Tourist Check Centre Dharapani Tourist Assistant Kshetra Bahadur Gurung, around 80-90 tourists are arriving daily and most of them from Israel.7, 213 foreign tourists have arrived on this trail so far in 2022. Among them, women are 4,834 and men are 2,379. The highest number of tourists in 2022 are 117 Israeli tourists, 771 from France, 766 from Germany, and 578 from Britain. So far, citizens of 96 countries have come here this year.
Similarly, in 2021, only 2,373 foreign tourists came to this trail. In 2020, 1,976 tourists came. Similarly, according to the centre, 36,647 tourists came in 2019, 29,484 tourists in 2018, and 21,688 tourists in 2017.
