The Travel Counsellors, a significant travel organization located in England, has reported after looking that the first week of February 2022 has shown no signs of slowing down and are now are at the levels of pre-pandemic in 2019. In the previous month, the company saw the biggest amount of bookings ever in its 27-year history with over 71 million pounds in income.
Travel Counsellors have also seen much more success in other criteria. IT has reported that 320 of its business owners are celebrating their best sales month. A customer survey has also shown that 80 per cent of its customers have shown interest to spend more on holiday travel in 2022. The company's corporate travel sales have shown a strong recovery with nearly 90 per cent of the bookings happening for travel in February and March.
The data also shows that trends of bookings are more towards with small and medium-sized spaces for high touch, personalized travel service from clients, which the organization is specialized in. And with 64 of the customers saying that trust in the agent is the most important factor in bookings, they are uniquely positioned to recover from the effects of the pandemic. Now, the organization is focusing on its top destinations, the UK and the US.
