Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru will see a resumption of passenger services to India following the Thai Government’s approval of the establishment of an Air Travel Bubble between Thailand and India.
The Air Travel Bubble are temporary arrangements between two countries aimed at restarting commercial passenger services when regular international flights are suspended as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Thai Airlines will operate five flights per week to Delhi and three flights per week to Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru each. After every flight, the cockpit area and passenger cabin will undergo a thorough disinfectant spray process together with deep cleaning and sterilization for 36 touch-points.
Thai Airways also complies with the COVID19 preventive measures issued by the Thai Ministry of Public Health, the Centre for COVID- 19 Situation Administration (CCSA), and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) for flight operations.
