If you are a foodie who loves hearty, robust and bold flavours of Punjabi cuisine then it’s time to head to The Soaltee Kathmandu. The hotel is organizing the annual Punjabi Food Festival ‘Dhaba’ from 11th to 27th March 2022 between 7.00 and 10:45 pm.
The opening event on the 11th March was inaugurated by Sardar Pritam Singh – President of Sikh Gurudwara Nepal, Mr Dinesh Bahadur Bista – Executive Chairman along with Ms Jaya Rajya Laxmi Shah – Board of Director of Soaltee Hotel Limited. Inspired by the traditional eateries – particularly the highway eateries – and their most relished dishes, this food festival will present culinary secrets from the heartlands of Punjab.
It offers a vast variety of delectable and exotic vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes that are prepared with varied traditional culinary styles, particularly the tandoori style. The use of fresh ingredients adds flavours to the dishes; making it a treat for the taste buds. The food festival will be offering many Dhaba inspired food items and traditional Punjabi cuisine at an affordable price. For the first time patrons relishing this special cuisine will also get a chance to win an International Airline ticket for two powered by Jazeera Airways.
This is an event for Kathmandu foodies and guests to experience the rich, robust and hearty flavours of Punjab from an array of delectable and delicious choice dishes inspired by the local delights of Punjab.
