The Aruban government has relaxed travel restrictions in spirit of fast recovery and revival of the tourism sector in the Caribbean Islands

Under Caribbean countries agreement of recovery and rebuilding of the tourism sector in 2022, the Aruban government has relaxed the entry requirements for all visitors as a shift towards the normal. The government has allowed for the option of an antigen test within 24 hours or a PCR test within 72 hours for visitors.

The country will have the provision of having a digital verifiable QR-code proof of COVID-19 booster vaccination. A complete vaccination status includes a booster vaccine along with primary doses, with at least seven days of interval. The proof for obtaining the card must be provided within three days before arrival.

Travellers from the age of 12-17 will be exempt from the booster shot and will only require the primary vaccine dose. Meanwhile, any person who tested positive for COVID-19 between 10 days to 12 weeks before arrival will be exempt from the requirement of providing a negative COVID-19 test.
