A tiger attacked and killed an elderly man in Madi. Suryanath Adhikari, a resident of Madi Municipality-2 Dhikun, was the deceased at the age of 68.According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Vijayraj Pandit, spokesperson for District Police Office Chitwan, the tiger ambushed the officer on Saturday when he was grazing buffaloes in the community forest.
The officer, who was missing since Saturday, was found dead at 8:30 a.m. today. Today, around 8:30 am, the police officer who had been missing since Saturday was discovered dead. According to the authorities, the body was spotted in the Central Community Forest, Amelia, in a state that implied a tiger assault. The post-mortem for the body has been brought to Bharatpur Hospital.
