The Soaltee Kathmandu, Autograph Collection is inviting guests to savour the vibrant flavours of South India with its Dosa Fiesta, beginning September 21, 2026, at the Garden Terrace.
Running daily from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Dosa Fiesta brings together a specially curated selection of South Indian dosa preparations, freshly made by South Indian Specialty Chef Raja. Drawing on his regional expertise and culinary heritage, Chef Raja showcases the versatility of the dosa through a range of traditional and distinctive preparations, each paired with freshly made accompaniments.
Guests can explore favourites including Chennai Pepper Dosa, Rava Dosa, Egg Dosa, Kari Dosa, and Ghee Roast Dosa, each with its own character, texture, and flavour — from the crisp, delicate layers of a ghee roast to the aromatic warmth of a Chennai Pepper Dosa. Together, the menu celebrates the craft and diversity of one of South India's most iconic dishes.
Set against the relaxed surroundings of the Garden Terrace, the Dosa Fiesta offers guests an opportunity to discover the rich culinary traditions of South India through freshly prepared dosas and regional flavours.
