Rudraksha beads are small, seed-like structures that hold a deep spiritual and cultural significance in Nepalese society. The name Rudraksha is derived from two Sanskrit words: Rudra (another name for Lord Shiva) and Aksha (meaning eyes). This connection to Lord Shiva imbues the beads with mystical powers, making them highly revered in religious practices. However, there are beads with more than five mukhis, each possessing unique powers related to various deities and energies. The rare and highly revered ten-mukhi Rudraksha, for instance, is believed to offer protection from misfortune and the power to remove sins.
