The beauty of the area, combined with the peace and quiet of camping, made for an unforgettable experience that I will cherish for years to come

I recently went on a camping trip to Kakani in Nepal during the Chaitra month, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. The Chaitra month falls in March-April, and the weather was perfect for camping. The hills were covered in lush greenery, and the weather was warm and sunny during the day, with cool breezes at night. I was accompanied by a group of friends, and we had an amazing time exploring the area and spending time in nature.

We started our journey early in the morning and reached Kakani by midday. We had pre-booked our campsite at the Garden of Dreams campsite, which was located in the heart of Kakani. The campsite was surrounded by beautiful gardens and had a stream flowing nearby. The location was perfect for camping, and we were excited to set up our tents and start exploring.

After setting up our tents, we decided to go on a short hike to the Shivapuri National Park. The park was located nearby, and we had heard that it had some amazing hiking trails. We walked through the lush green forest, and the views were breathtaking. We saw some rare birds and even some wildlife. We spent the day exploring the park and returned to our campsite in the evening, tired but happy.

On the second day, we decided to visit the nearby village of Bhanjyang. The village was located on a hilltop, and the views were stunning. We took a local bus and reached the village in the morning. The village was small and quaint, and we spent the day exploring the village and its surroundings. We visited a small temple, and the locals were very friendly and welcoming. We even got invited to a local wedding, which was a unique and unforgettable experience.

In the evening, we returned to our campsite and decided to have a bonfire. We cooked some local Nepali food and spent the night singing songs and telling stories around the fire. It was a magical experience, and we felt a deep connection with nature.

On the third day, we decided to visit the nearby village of Thali. The village was famous for its beautiful waterfalls, and we were excited to see them. We took a local taxi and reached the village in the morning. We went on a short hike to the waterfalls, and the views were breathtaking. The waterfalls were surrounded by lush green forests and had a calming effect on us. We spent some time swimming in the pools below the waterfalls and enjoying the serene surroundings.

In the evening, we returned to our campsite and decided to have a barbecue. We cooked some local meats and vegetables over the fire and enjoyed a delicious meal under the stars. We spent the night playing games and enjoying each other's company.

On the final day, we decided to go on a short hike to the nearby village of Dandagaun. The village was located on a hilltop, and the views were stunning. We walked through the lush green forest and reached the village in the afternoon. The village was small and quaint, and we spent some time exploring the village and its surroundings. We even got invited to a local festival, which was a unique and unforgettable experience.

In the evening, we returned to our campsite and packed our bags. We were sad to leave, but at the same time, we felt rejuvenated and ready to take on the world again. The camping trip to Kakani during the Chaitra month was one of the best experiences of my life. The beauty of the area, combined with the peace and quiet of camping, made for an unforgettable experience that I will cherish for years to come. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to disconnect from the stress of everyday life and spend some time in nature.
