On Sunday, November 17, Hotel Annapurna hosted its Annual Christmas Cake Mixing to mark the upcoming Christmas celebrations and usher in the holiday spirit
Notable female dignitaries from corporate houses, travel, tourism and fashion industries graced the occasion. Hotel Annapurna’s Annual Christmas Cake Mixing event was a delightful event with great ambience, mouth-watering food and enticing drinks – a time-honoured tradition of the Hotel to welcome the holiday season!
Kick starting the event with a warm welcome speech CEO Raju Brikram Shah said, “For the past three decades in the hotel industry, I have always cherished the time when we gather friends, patrons and well-wishers for the cake mixing event. Celebrating this well ahead of time ensures that all the ingredients and liquors mix well to create the perfect plum pudding.”
The great mixing commenced with merriment. As the strong smell of liquor and spices hits your senses, with the Christmas songs playing in the background the feeling of holiday spirit was in the air.
The guests were seen holding a glass of the excellent rum eggnog, mulled wine or fresh juice. Mingling over delectable spread of salads, sandwiches and sweet delights, the event ended on a high note.
