An amazing cook with tens of years of experience, Chef Rezi Alam Khan worked at Ghar-e-kabab since 1981 till 2017. Brought back due to popular demand, Chef Rezi is set to dazzle everyone with sophisticated and mouth-watering dishes at the upcoming festival.
“We, at the hotel, firmly believe in celebrations. There is always something to celebrate out here. In today’s celebrations, we are welcoming our extremely talented chef, Rezi Alam Khan back for the duration of the Kabab Food Festival. Chef Rezi was the person who truly made Ghar-e-Kabab what it is today. A testament to his skills are his recipes which are even followed today. Our idea was to bring him back again so that we could check and maintain the standard that he set in the restaurant.”, said Raju Bikram Shah, CEO of the Annapurna Group of Hotels.
Tripurari Singh, the Food and Beverage Director also added, “Food is all about techniques, right ingredients, consistency and steady presentation. A master of techniques, Chef Rezi is working on some specific new items for the festival. With a menu boasting many exciting dishes, we cater to every person’s need may it be vegetarian or non-vegetarian.”
