Their French Croissant and freshly baked bread could be a part of your daily tea break and breakfast. The bakery is also focused on meeting your needs on special occasions with a variety of drool-worthy cakes along with their promise to assist in making every day an exclusive one with a little Midas touch from their Chef.

The main guests for the event were previous Hidden Treasure pageantry winners, Sadichha Shrestha, Niti Shah and Sahara Basnet, who were asked to inaugurate the opening ceremony by cutting the ribbon. The event was also attended by Saoumya C., First Secretary, Political- Indian Embassy along with various corporate houses invitees and media personnel.

Sales Manager at Shangri~La, Babita Pandey, said, “The bakery was never closed. We just re-introduced with an additional variety of baked items as people were unaware about it in the market.”

The new Executive Chef, Vikram Kumar, stated, “Our objective is to initiate the availability of cheaper and healthier confectionery options. We have our own garden, so we are going to source our products from there. And now, we make green tea cakes among other items that are gluten-free and dairy-free. But our prices are going to remain the same- reasonable and attractive to our customers. Our ingredients and flavours might have been the same but now we have added our own twists that cater more to the palettes and health concerns of our clients- we are simply taking Shangri~La a level up!”

The bakery has been re-introduced since they now have a pair of hands of their very experienced and skilled whom you can always look up for your social events with a customized thought. The bakery is open from 7 A.M. to 9 P.M and has a 30% discount on all of its product for it opening day.
