Pokhara, Nepal – July 22, 2025 – Soaltee Hotels & Resorts, Nepal’s leading indigenous luxury hospitality brand, is expanding its footprint with the launch of a new hotel in Pokhara under its modern “Westend” brand. The upcoming Soaltee Westend Lakeside, Pokhara is being developed in collaboration with Hotel Peninsula Pvt. Ltd. (HPPL) and will be operated by Stream Peak International Pvt. Ltd. (SPI), the official operator of Soaltee Hotels & Resorts properties across Nepal.
Situated in the heart of Lakeside—Pokhara’s most vibrant and scenic tourism areas—the hotel boasts a prime location near Phewa Lake and close to top cafés, attractions, and adventure spots. This makes it an ideal getaway for both local and international travellers looking for a mix of nature, culture, and modern convenience.
Scheduled to open for bookings in September 2025,Soaltee Westend Lakeside, Pokhara promises a fresh take on contemporary hospitality. The hotel will offer a total of 77 premium rooms, along with six junior suites and a lavish presidential suite, all thoughtfully designed to offer the perfect balance of style and comfort. Guests will enjoy a vibrant mix of experiences within the hotel, including a modern rooftop bar that offers panoramic views of the majestic Annapurna range, and a selection of dining options crafted to appeal to diverse tastes.
For business events and celebrations, the hotel will offer a 250-person banquet hall and flexible meeting spaces. Additional facilities include a swimming pool, wellness spa, fitness center, souvenir shops, and ample parking, ensuring a comprehensive experience for every type of traveller.

The Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) for the property was formally signed between Mr. Sudarshan Chapagain, Vice President of Soaltee Hotel Limited, and Mr. Kheem Bahadur Dhakal, Founder and Owner of Hotel Peninsula Pvt.
