Hyatt is introducing Apertivo, the Italian concept of meeting with friends over cocktails and canapés, on Fridays. This newly introduced Aperitivo can be enjoyed from 6 to 9 pm. Enjoy a wonderful pre-dinner time with friends and family at the poolside bar at Hyatt Regency Kathmandu.

Enjoy a delightful special menu created by Chef Santosh Kumar which includes zucchini mascarpone cheese, mini-beef carpaccio, organic chicken cooked in oil, baby rocket, parmesan cheese, zucchini and pesto, mushroom bruschetta, arugula, olive oil, herb-roasted roma tomatoes on garlic bruschetta, sage-scented potato, dumplings, garlic eggplant and smoked tomato salad, oven-fresh miniature focaccia, semi-dried tomatoes, green olives, smoked ricotta and saffron arranchini, basil pesto aioli dip for the canapes along with tiramisu, pandoro,cavallucci and bomboloni for desserts.
