Terrace Garden Introduces New Menu

Although located in the busy street of Lazimpat, Hotel Radisson’s rooftop restaurant is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city.  With spectacular fourth-floor views and a flourishing garden, Terrace Garden provides an oasis of calm amidst the crowded city. Displaying lush ambience with a blend of rustic glamour, it is perfect to relax, unwind and socialise.

 

 

When asked about the dish, Executive Chef Utpal Kumar Mondal says,“The new menu incorporates a lot of interesting recipes. We tried to bring out new flavours and exciting dishes for our guests.”

 

 

Every look of these dishes look tempting. For starters, I would recommend the Tandoori Khumb, Bharwan Badami Aaloo, Tandoori Chicken and the Mutton Barra Chop. Marinated with hang curd and served with vegetable salad on the side, the Tandoori Chicken was hot and juicy.

For the mains, Norwegian Salmon, Grilled Trout, Vegetable Corden Bleu and Grilled tofu are some of their popular dishes. However, the main highlight was a dish that comprised of a 500-year-old recipe called Mutton Bara Chop. Juicy, flavoursome and perfectly seasoned with spices, this dish will definitely blow your taste buds. Likewise, the Vegetable Corden Blue was an absolute delight; crispy on the outside, savoury and creamy on the inside, this is a must-try dish.

To end your meal perfectly, try the walnut brownie and Vanilla ice-cream. With large chocolate chunks and fudgy texture, this is a decadent dessert that won't fail to surprise you.
